Standard controllers support CODESYS (IEC 61131-3 compliant), allowing ladder logic, function block, and structured text programming. We also provide custom firmware development for high-volume OEM partnerships. Training and documentation are included with all controller purchases.

Can control boxes be used in safety-critical applications?

Standard control boxes are not safety-rated. For safety-critical functions (emergency stop, overspeed protection), we offer controllers with safety I/O and can achieve PL d / SIL 2 ratings. Discuss your safety requirements during the specification phase.

What is the operating temperature range for control boxes?

Standard IP67 control boxes operate from -40°C to +85°C ambient. Extended temperature options (-40°C to +105°C) are available for engine compartment mounting. Internal temperature monitoring and thermal protection are standard features.

Do you provide technical support for controller programming?

Yes. We provide initial programming support, example code libraries, and remote technical assistance. For complex applications, our engineers can develop custom function blocks or complete application programs. Support packages vary by order volume.
